Top Sixty Developments 2016

The Top Sixty Developments are an opportunity for landlords, developers and architects to enter their best developments to be recognised among the top 60 in the country. Our expert panel of judges then shortlist entries down to the Top 60 schemes in 10 different categories, and the winner of each category is announced at the award ceremony.

The 2017 ceremony will take place on the 13th October at the Lancaster Hotel in central London. The event will bring together 500+ people including housing industry figureheads and key individuals from leading trade associations and government.
